REFUND POLICY

Turn Up with Tanci, LLC

Due to the nature of our Programs and events, there are NO refunds — on anything.
Turn Up with Tanci, LLC (d/b/a Turn Up Dance Fitness™) does not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any reason on any of the following:

  • Turn Up Dance Fitness Conference registrations and tickets (including any add-ons, workshops, or events within the conference)
  • Turn Up memberships and subscriptions (including the Turn Up App)
  • Instructor training programs
  • Turn Up with Tanci on Tour events and in-person events
  • Any digital product, course, or program
  • Any payment plan installment, regardless of whether you continue to attend or participate
All sales are final.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for the request, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Inability to attend
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Illness or personal emergency
  • Dissatisfaction with the Program, class, or event
  • Failure to complete or fully participate in the Program
Payment Plans
If you have opted into a payment plan for any Program, event, or the Turn Up Dance Fitness Conference, you are contractually required to complete all payments in full, regardless of whether you attend, continue, or participate. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any unpaid balances, including through a third-party collection agency.

Event Cancellation or Changes by Turn Up
If Turn Up with Tanci, LLC must cancel, postpone, or modify an event (including the Turn Up Dance Fitness Conference) due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), no refunds will be issued. At our sole discretion, we may offer a credit toward a future event in place of a refund.
